Lombo assado de Natal

Ingredientes:

  • 1 peça de lombo
  • 1 linguiça calabresa
  • 1/2 lata de pêssego em calda.
  • molho barbecue
  • Marinado:
  • 4 dentes de alho
  • meia cebola
  • 1 colher de chá de paprica doce
  • 1 pitada de pimenta calabresa
  • salsinha e cebolinha a gosto
  • 1 copo de cerveja
  • meio copo de água
  • Sal a gosto.

Modo de Preparo:

  • Marinado:

    Bata tudo no liquidificador e deixe o lombo marinando por 24 horas.

    No dia seguinte:

    Fure o lombo e recheie ele com a linguiça calabresa.

    Leve ao forno dentro de uma assadeira colocando um pouco do caldo da marinada.

    Deixe assar por 1h coberto com papel alumínio, após isso retire o alumínio passe o barbecue e asse por mais 30 minutos.
