Arroz com Bacalhau

Ingredientes:

  • 5 xícaras (chá) de arroz cozido
  • 2 xícaras (chá) de lombo de bacalhau dessalgado desfiado
  • 1 e ½ xícara (chá) de lentilhas cozidas
  • 3 ovos cozidos
  • 2 cebolas
  • 1 xícara (chá) de azeitonas verdes sem caroço
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de cebolinha verde picadinha
  • Sal / Azeite
  • Pimenta-do-reino
  • (moída na hora)

Modo de Preparo:

  • Em uma panela, aqueça o óleo e frite a cebola por 3 minutos.
  • Acrescente o bacalhau e refogue por mais 3 ou 4 minutos.
  • Adicione o arroz e refogue por 2 minutos, misture a lentilha, as azeitonas e cheiro-verde, finalize com pimenta do reino à gosto.
  • A seguir, faça a decoração com os ovos, regue com azeite e leve à mesa para servir.
