Bolo de Cenoura com Chocolate

Ingredientes:

  • 3 cenouras médias raspadas e picadas
  • 1 xícara de óleo
  • 2 xícaras de açúcar
  • 3 ovos
  • 1 colher sopa fermento em pó
  • 1 pitada de sal
  • 2 xícaras farinha de trigo

Cobertura:

  • 1 lata de leite condensado
  • 8 colheres (sopa) de chocolate em pó
  • 1/2 colher (sopa) de margarina
  • 1 caixa de creme de leite

Modo de Preparo Massa:

  1. Bata no liquidificador todos os ingredientes, exceto a farinha e o fermento.
  2. Depois disso, em uma vasilha grande misture bem a massa batida com a farinha e o fermento.
  3. Coloque em um tabuleiro untado com manteiga e polvilhado com farinha.
  4. Leve ao forno pré-aquecido, a 180°, por cerca de 40 minutos, ou até dourar.

Modo de Preparo Cobertura:

  1. Coloque uma panela em fogo médio
  2. Junte os ingredientes, menos o creme de leite e diminua o fogo
  3. Mexa até conseguir ver o fundo da panela
  4. Desligue o fogo e junte o creme de leite
  5. Mexa bem e espere esfriar um pouco
  6. Faça furos no bolo para o chocolate escorrer pelo meio do bolo.

Se preferir espere o bolo esfriar corte ao meio, coloquei também a cobertura no meio.
