Caldo Verde Cremoso

Ingredientes:

  • 1 kg de batata
  • 1/2 kg de calabresa defumada
  • 250 g de bacon
  • 3 colheres de sopa de óleo
  • 2 cubos de caldo de bacon
  • 1 cebola pequena
  • 5 dentes de alho
  • 1 molho de coentro
  • 1/5 porção de couve (cortado bem fininho)
  • 1 colher (chá) de pimenta-do-reino
  • sal a gosto

Modo de Preparo:

  1. Descasque as batatas e leve para cozinhar.
  2. Corte em cubinhos a calabresa e o bacon.
  3. Pique todos os temperos (separadamente).
  4. Frite a calabresa (reserve).
  5. Frite o bacon (reserve).
  6. Quando as batatas estiverem cozidas, bata com água no liquidificador até formar um caldo grosso (reserve).
  7. Aqueça o óleo, frite a cebola, acrescente o alho, logo após os cubinhos de bacon e a pimenta cominho.
  8. Despeje o caldo batido (batata) na panela do recheio e acrescente a calabresa e o bacon (fritos).
  9. Mexa o caldo para não grudar na panela.
  10. Quando ferver acrescente o sal (a gosto), o coentro e o couve.

Dica do Super V:

  • Sirva com vinagrete, torradas, pão e patê.
