Strogonoff de Filé Mignon

Ingredientes:

  • 800g de filé mignon cortado em cubinhos
  • 1 lata de creme de leite
  • 2 colheres de sopa de farinha de trigo
  • 1 cebola grande ralada
  • 3 colheres de sopa de ketchup
  • 2 colheres de chá de mostarda
  • 1 colher de sopa de molho inglês
  • 3 colheres de sopa de margarina
  • 3 copos de água fervente
  • 1 vidro de cogumelos

Modo de Preparo:

  1. Refogue a cebola ralada com a margarina, junte o filé.
  2. Acrescente o ketchup, a mostarda, o molho inglês, deixe cozinhar por 5 minutos, adicione a água fervente.
  3. Deixe no fogo até que a carne esteja bem macia.
  4. Dilua a farinha em um pouco de água e junte a carne, coloque os cogumelos fatiados e o creme de leite.

Dica do Super V:

  • Você pode substituir filé mignon por alcatra ou Patinho.
